"Treatment" means a wellness treatment for the purposes of law n4 / 2013 as regulated by UNI11713: 2018.
"Website" means https://take.yourtime.today the Company's website through which it is possible to send booking and contact requests.


This agreement governs the relationship between the Receiver and the Company during the Treatment.
       2. Methods of payment: There are two methods of payment for the Treatment:
  • Paypal: online balance through your PAyPAl account at no additional cost
  • Credit card off-line: credit card data are sent via SSH security protocol and the card will be debited within 5 working days. For this payment method a commission of € 1.00 is required
  • Credit card
  • Cash
  • Accepted cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express
2.1. Cancellation or modification: not allowed.
3. Booking through the Site it will be possible to book the date and time of the treatment. At the end of the reservation with the PayPal method an email will be sent automatically with the confirmation of the reservation happened successfully. Until such mail is received, the reservation has not been entered. If you have chosen as an offline credit card payment method, the reservation will remain pending until the card has been withdrawn, notification mail will then be sent within 5 working days from the booking date.
4. Delay on arrival It is the recipient's responsibility to organize his arrival. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes compared to the time booked for interruptions or obstacles to private or public traffic (including rail and air, etc.) and for personal reasons, no reimbursement is envisaged. 9. Contract
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other oral agreements, warranties or agreements between the parties relating to the topics covered by this agreement.
